Translator, Copywriter, Creative Team Leader, Translation Project Manager
My name is Shirin Moosavi, founder of Farsi Beyond Borders, a self-employed translation business launched in 2020.
I hold a B.A. in English Language and Literature and later pursued a Master’s degree in Digital Transformation and Ethical AI Studies in France.
I began working as a freelance translator and editor in 2004, collaborating with clients across Farsi-speaking communities in the US, Canada, and Australia. I also worked as an in-house translator for an Iranian telecommunications company between 2011 and 2014, and later in copywriting and creative roles at an advertising agency.
In addition to my translation work, I have experience as a translation project manager, coordinating multilingual projects and ensuring quality and consistency throughout the translation process.
Today, I focus on providing accurate and culturally appropriate English <> Farsi translations for international clients.
